Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached.

To start a return, simply email tallrmen@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions for completing your return.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you need a different size, contact us at tallrmen@gmail.com before placing a new order. We'll do our best to help you find the right fit, subject to product availability.
